Prospective authors are encouraged to submit a full paper for review by 31 March 2011 with Word or PDF format. Papers will be accepted based on peer review and should contain original, high quality work. Claims and results should be substantive enough to be further developed as quality work. All papers must be written in English. Submit a standard paper should not succeed 4 pages with ASME Paper Template, including figures and references with 10-12 point font. At same time, authors with accepted papers should submit signed ASME Copyright Form PDF Version to ASME.
希望广大教师、学生于2011年3月31日前投稿，论文要求英文撰写，论文格式使用标准ASME会议论文格式(论文模版, 8.5" x 11", two columns ASME format)，录用后需要提交论文版权 ( PDF) ，提交论文为PDF或Word格式，论文长度为4页，如果超过4页需另外要交纳400人民币每页的版面费。

欢迎作者提交不超过4页(超过4页将支付额外的版面费)的原创未发表英文撰写的论文，英文论文中不得含有非英文字符。论文必须具有原创性，严禁抄袭，文责作者自负。

每篇被录用的论文中至少有一位作者注册并交纳论文版面费，并出席大会。如果有特殊原因不能出席大会，会议后，我们会免费邮寄论文集和发票，但请一定来信确认接收地址。
