The 3rd International Symposium on Information Engineering and Electronic Commerce(IEEC2011) serves as a forum for researchers, industry professionals, and academics interested in Information Engineering and Electronic Commerce, with the goal of fostering interaction.The conference was organized by Huangshi Inistitute of Technology, sponsored by Ternopil National Economic University,Huazhong University of Science and Technology,Wuhan University,Harbin Institute of Technology and Research Association of Modern Education and Computer Science. The IEEC2011 Proceedings will be published by ASME,and all accepted papers will be included in ASME Digital Library and indexed by Ei Compendex and/or ISTP. The best papers presented at the conference will be selected for publications in some International Journals which are indexed by SCI or EI.
